Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
1. Service Description
Omni Quasar provides AI inference services built on a Claude-based intelligent stack with OpenAI-compatible format support. By using this service, you agree to these terms. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Refund Policy.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this service to:
- Use the API to generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content
- Bypass security controls, run unauthorized stress tests, or attempt to compromise the service
- Resell, share, or misuse API keys or account credentials
- Use the service for privacy violations, fraud, or harm to third parties
3. Output Accuracy & Responsibility
- AI outputs are provided for reference only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice
- Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and for any decisions made based on them
- Omni Quasar does not guarantee that outputs are always accurate, complete, or suitable for every scenario
4. Credits & Billing Policy
- Credits are deducted by billable-token tier. Billable tokens include input tokens and output tokens. Base tiers are ≤16K = 1 credit, 16K–32K = 2, 32K–128K = 5, >128K = 10. Model multipliers apply: omni-standard ×1, omni-fast ×2, omni-highest ×10
- Requests that fail due to platform-side system errors are not charged
- Streaming requests that are cancelled or disconnected after being dispatched to the model are charged the reserved credits and are not refunded
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash
- Unused credits may be forfeited if an account is terminated for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations. Standard 3-day refund eligibility for fully unused credit purchases applies to accounts in good standing
API Key Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping API keys secure. Requests made with your API keys are treated as authorized account activity unless you report key compromise.
We may suspend or revoke API keys for abuse, security risk, payment failure, chargeback, or violation of these Terms.
Rate Limits and Fair Use
We may apply rate limits, usage limits, or temporary throttling to protect service stability, prevent abuse, and manage upstream provider limits. Attempts to bypass limits, overload the service, or automate abusive traffic may result in API key revocation or account suspension.
5. Service Interruption & Disclaimer
We strive to maintain service stability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Omni Quasar is not liable for losses caused by system maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
Model and Provider Availability
Omni Quasar depends on upstream model providers and infrastructure services. Model availability, latency, output behavior, and supported features may change over time.
Data Processing Reference
API request content, response content, usage records, and billing-related metadata are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the API, you acknowledge that request content may be sent to upstream model providers solely to generate the requested response.
6. Terms Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
7. Refund & Credit Adjustment
- A credit purchase may be refunded within 3 days of purchase if none of its credits have been consumed. Credits already consumed by served API requests are non-refundable because the digital service has been delivered. The discounted first-purchase intro pack is promotional and non-refundable except where required by law
