Privacy Policy

1. What Data We Collect

When you use Omni Quasar, we may collect the following data:

  • Account info: email, login time (managed by Clerk)
  • API usage data: queries submitted, response content, job status
  • Usage records: credit consumption, usage value balance, payment verification status, billing status
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type (for security)

2. How We Handle API Queries & Responses

  • API request content is used solely to execute your request. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train models by Omni Quasar. It may be transmitted to listed service providers and upstream model providers only as necessary to operate the service
  • Query results are stored under your account while retained and can be accessed from your History page until deleted by you or automatically removed under our retention policy
  • Usage records are retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
  • You can manually delete any query and its results from the History page

API Content Handling

API request and response content may be temporarily stored under your account to provide request history, debugging, and usage tracking.

API content may be transmitted to upstream model providers only for the purpose of generating the requested response. We do not sell API content or use it to train models.

Access to stored API content is limited to the account owner and authorized operators for support, abuse prevention, security, debugging, or legal compliance.

3. Do We Use Your Data to Train AI Models?

No. Your API request content and query results are never used to train any AI model.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Clerk: authentication provider for account login, session management, and account email data
  • Supabase: database provider for user records, API keys metadata, usage records, credit balances, and billing ledger data
  • Paddle: authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for checkout, payment processing, invoices, tax handling, and refund processing. We do not store card numbers on our servers
  • Upstream model providers: receive API request content only as needed to generate the requested response

Security

We use HTTPS in transit. Access to account and API usage records is limited to the account owner and authorized operators for support, abuse prevention, security, and legal compliance.

5. Your Data Rights

  • You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in account settings
  • For help deleting data, contact us at support@omniquasar.com

6. Data Deletion Process

  • Manually delete any query and its results from the History page
  • Job records not manually deleted are automatically cleared after 90 days
  • To delete your entire account and all data, email support@omniquasar.com — usually processed within 5 business days

7. Operator & Governing Law

Operator: Omni Quasar, operated from Taiwan by an independent developer. Privacy matters are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Taiwan courts.
