Refund Policy

1. Prepaid Usage Credits
Omni API is sold as prepaid usage credits. Credits are consumable units used to access the API. They have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash — they are only usable within Omni API.
2. 30-Day Money-Back on Unused Credits
You may request a full refund of unused credits within 30 days of purchase. Once a credit has been consumed (an API request has been served), that credit is non-refundable, because the digital service has already been delivered.
3. Incorrect or Failed Charges
Requests that fail due to platform-side system errors are not charged. If credits were deducted due to a system error, contact us for a credit adjustment or refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@omniquasar.com from your account email, including your query ID if applicable. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, usually within 5 business days.
5. Statutory Withdrawal Rights (EU/UK and others)
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, by purchasing and beginning to use credits you request immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost for credits already consumed. Unused credits remain refundable within the applicable statutory period.
