Refund Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
1. Prepaid Usage Credits
Omni Quasar is sold as prepaid usage credits. Credits are consumable units used to access the API. They have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash — they are only usable within Omni Quasar.
2. 3-Day Money-Back on Unused Purchases
You may request a full refund of a credit purchase within 3 days of purchase, provided none of the purchased credits have been consumed. Once any credit from a purchase has been consumed (an API request has been served), that purchase is non-refundable, because the digital service has already been delivered. The discounted first-purchase intro pack is a promotional offer and is not eligible for refund except where required by law or in cases of incorrect charges (see Section 3).
Bonus Credits and Partial Refunds
Bonus credits are promotional usage value and are not refundable, withdrawable, or transferable.
If only part of a purchased credit balance remains unused, approved refunds are limited to the unused purchased credits. Consumed credits and promotional bonus credits are not refundable.
Abuse, Fraud, and Payment Disputes
Accounts involved in abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or payment disputes may be suspended while the issue is reviewed. Refund decisions may be withheld until the review is complete.
3. Incorrect or Failed Charges
Requests that fail due to platform-side system errors are not charged. If credits were deducted due to a system error, contact us for a credit adjustment or refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@omniquasar.com from your account email, including your query ID if applicable. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, usually within 5 business days.
5. Statutory Withdrawal Rights (EU/UK and others)
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, by purchasing and beginning to use credits you request immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost for credits already consumed. Unused purchased credits remain refundable within the applicable statutory period for accounts in good standing. Accounts terminated for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations may lose refund eligibility for remaining credits.
